RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AEQEA, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest-quality pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

EXCHANGES

  • India: We offer exchanges within India. To request one, please email us at support@aeqea.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping, along with a standard shipping fee for the replacement dispatch. Once we receive the original piece, your exchange will be redelivered within 5–7 working days.
  • International: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Returns: All purchases made on aeqea.in and with any of our stockists are final. We do not offer refunds on completed purchases.
  • Order Cancellations: Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. If the order has not been processed yet, a refund will be issued within 7-15 business days via your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition, and we’re here to help.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@aeqea.in within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Include:
  •  Your order number
  •  A clear photo or video of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the issue promptly and provide a replacement for the same item, if applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Tights and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events
  • Gift cards

We appreciate your understanding — these policies help us maintain product quality and safety for all customers.

REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

In cases of verified damage or missing items, you may be eligible for a refund.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, excluding shipping fees.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
