SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
At AEQEA, we are committed to delivering your products efficiently and with care. Our shipping timeframes are as follows:
- India: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically delivered within 5 working days.

International: Timelines vary by destination and customs clearance, but most orders arrive within 5–10 working days.
Note: These timeframes are estimates. Once dispatched, AEQEA is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
For urgent orders, please contact us on WhatsApp or at support@aeqea.in — we’ll do our best to fast-track your order if possible.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
- India: No duties apply — all domestic orders are shipped directly from our Delhi office.
- International: Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed by AEQEA. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order for specific guidance.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Didn’t receive it within 3 days of ordering?

DAMAGED ITEMS
We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition, and we’re here to help.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@aeqea.in.
Make sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A short description of the issue
